We stayed at Elodie’s converted one bedroom space during a very time in the summer, the cool place and mountain air and beauty was much appreciated. It is a large and comfortable place, well equipped and clean on arrival. Communication with the host was good, although I would have needed a little reminder of our arrival time a few days personally.
We had breakfast every morning on the outside terrace. Access to Annecy lake and the mountains was super easy every day.
Only small downside is a bedroom at the back with no window, and so no air in the night. I cannot see what can be done about this, and it did not hinder sleep, only felt a little ensconced. On the plus side, it was all nice and quiet.

Parfait pour se déconnecter de la vie de la ville. Jolie vue sur la Tournette et sur la Belle Étoile. Point de départ de randonnées. Appartement bien frais même pendant la canicule.
