The rental weeks are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday.

The 85m2 semi-detached house, classified "4-star comfort" is equipped for 2 to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 3 bathrooms, one with toilet, 1 separate toilet.
The terrace has an exceptional panoramic view of the sea, the Corsican and Sardinian coasts.
The house is ideally located 300m from the sea and 1.9km from the access to the beaches of Palombaggia: I provide a free access card to the beach parking.
The residence is very quiet, with two swimming pools, and the house is away from the small coastal road leading to the beaches.
I can provide you with a cot, high chair, potty, baby bath.
8 beds in total: 1 bed in 160, 2 beds in 140, 2 beds in 90.
The rental does not accept pets.
The beaches of Palombaggia (I Pini, Tamaricciu, la Folaca and Acciaro) are among the most beautiful in Corsica: translucent turquoise waters bordered by white sand and umbrella pines. Shallow waters suitable for swimming and children.
The proximity of the Alta Rocca mountains, the medieval town of Bonifacio and the other beaches in the region, allow you to vary the activities and discoveries within a radius of 25km.

The living room opens onto a large terrace cooled by the sea breeze, with plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs.
Living room equipped with TV, Hifi, WIFI.
The municipal tourist tax is €1.65 per day and per person.
The final cleaning of the house is 125€.
Private parking for 2 cars. Access to the residence through a code gate.
The swimming pools are protected by a barrier and access gates.
They are freely accessible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
They are away from the houses so that the houses remain quiet.
The pools are open from May 1st to October 15th.

We visited the apartment in August. It's a very nice and calm place to stay with a stunning view. The pool is 3 minutes by foot and is very nice if you don't want to swim in the sea. The rooms are air-conditioned, unfortunately the kitchen and the living room have no air-condition, that means the the two separate beds in the top of the living room are quite hot during the night.
All in all a nice place to be.

Accueil et ponctualité a noter. Avec cadeaux de bienvenu. Logement conforme et même au delà ! tout juste refait à neuf.
Propriétaire très accueillant, passionné de la région et de bons conseils. Joignable tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Hâte d’y revenir.
