About this apartment rental
In a wooded residence in the heart of the Minimes, pretty studio of 21 m2 with large equipped balcony, reserved parking space and locked bicycle room.
Renovated in April 2022.
2nd floor WITHOUT elevator.
-Close to the beach: 15 mns on foot - 4mns by car (large free parking)
-Shops, cinema, museums, bars within walking distance.
-Beautiful seaside promenade 400 meters walk away
-close to the studio: 2 bus lines to the city center & SNCF station
-Municipal bike rental station at the foot of the residence.
-FREE WIFI in the accommodation.
-NO AIR CONDITIONING but efficient ceiling fan.
-Sheltered balcony equipped with a table + 2 chairs & 2 armchairs. Also a chest containing 1 umbrella and 2 beach mats + 1 ball).
- Sleeping area separated by a screen: bed 140 x 190 cms + dressing room (hangers) - duvet 200 x 200 cms + 2 pillows 60 x 60 cms.
(Bed linen + towels OPTIONAL TO BE PAID ON SITE 15€/stay for 2 adults) To be specified before arrival.
- fixed sofa for 2 people - TV 80 cms - small desk - books and board games

Lovely little studio apartment. Very thing you need for a few nights stay. 20 min walk into the centre of La Rochelle easy along the walkways.
One negative is that the apartment is advertised as having AC. This isn’t the case it’s a ceiling fan.
