Great location, great for the price, a nice place to stay!

No soap in the bathroom and small sink. Bathroom may be on the floor. It's still personal for the room although not inside it. I didn't care much, some people may.

Location is exceptional, really good and all you need is near by.

Staff is not responsive when needed. When asked the lady where can I get a bus to Bourgas she said ask in the bus stop, which is okay but made me feel that I was annoying them. I had to leave before the end of my booking because job reasons. Be aware that the property don't do refound so think twice for a long stay. Same situation as before, I explained to the lady that I have to leave before because of work and I asked her if there was a refund possibility ; she replied that I should ask booking.com. Then I knew already I would not come back to that place again. At the end of the short stay she also mentioned to provide 10 star to the place, quite rude. The room has all the basics but is just the room, no coffee place or kitchen but a small balcony.

- la dueña no hablaba inglés - La puerta de la habitación era con llave. Un día la llave giraba pero el pomo no respondía, no podía entrar. Se lo comenté a la dueña y lo primero quee dijo es haber qué había hecho...como si no tuviera nada mejor que hacer que quedarme a posta sin poder entrar en la habitación. Mandó a alguien y este consiguió abrirla (lo hizo bastante fácil, deduzco que era algo q sucedía con facilidad) Ese mismo día, no pude salir de la ha habitación porque la manecilla no respondía. Yo super agobiada y sin atreverme a decírselo a la señora. Después de esperar un rato e intentarlo varias veces, pide salir Por lo que mis 3 noches allí estuve con mucho agobio cada vez q me tocaba atravesar la puerta porque no sabía cómo iba a funcionar... El el baño no había papel higiénico y por mucho que se lo pedí no lo repuso - en el anuncio ponía q el baño era solo para mí. Había dos baños para 3 habitaciones - hubo un poco de papel higiénico el primer día. Y la última noche
