The location is also great — close to the city centre but still peaceful. However, it was not clearly stated that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift access. As someone who has leg pain and occasional numbness, climbing up and down five flights of stairs every day was very difficult and exhausting for me. I felt unable to cancel due to the risk of losing my payment, so unfortunately this made the overall experience quite challenging.”
