C'est un tout, l'appartement bien équipé la place de parking, la piscine, la situation géographique proche des commerces. Sans oublié la dame fort sympathique qui fait les entrées/sorties.

Proximité des commerces, restaurants et animations - Piscine - 2 chambres - résidence calme - la bienveillance de Pascale qui a pu nous arranger et reculer l'horaire de départ initialement prévu à 9h le dimanche ; Merci Pascale - Belle plage à 15 minutes en voiture - Sentiers de footing le long des étangs
2ème chambre non cloisonnée, pas de clim, pas de fenêtre - Distance à la mer (le Grazel n'étant pas la mer)

Der Pool, der sichere Platz für die Velos, die Lage.
Die Einrichtung ist teils etwas älter, Stühle am Ende des Lebenszyklus, schmutzige, defekte Kaffeemaschine… Die Wohnung ist sehr eng, Mikro-Duschkabine, und es ist heiss. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zum Glück den Raum oben genügend, um schlafen zu können.
