"HeavenSeven Heiligenhafen" is the theme of this freshly renovated vacation apartment on the 7th floor, refurbished with great attention to detail and accommodating up to 4 people.
As soon as they enter the apartment, guests are warmly welcomed by the bright and open layout of the entire space—creating an atmosphere of absolute comfort right from the start.
Thanks to the apartment’s redesigned floor plan, the bright and modern built-in kitchen—featuring a beautiful real-glass beach scene—is located right in the entryway. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering—and then some: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, cutlery and dishes, as well as all standard kitchen utensils.
Despite the kitchen, there is a niche in the entryway that has been designed as a coat closet—there’s plenty of space here for jackets and shoes.
The living area features cozy seating in the form of a corner couch, as well as a spacious dining area for up to 4 people. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available as technical amenities.
The separate bedroom is separated from the living area by a door and furnished with a large double bed. The two windows opening onto the living area give it an open feel while still keeping it separate. A special highlight here is the electrically adjustable ceiling fan.
The separate children’s room features a sturdy bunk bed as well as a window with blackout curtains. An additional built-in closet provides extra storage space.
The interior shower room features a heated towel rack, a wall-mounted toilet, a shower with a glass enclosure, an illuminated mirror cabinet, a hotel-style hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. Thanks to the high-quality materials and color scheme, the bathroom can also be described as a small “wellness oasis.”
From the balcony, which features seating, you can enjoy the view over the park-like courtyard as well as the inland lake view toward Steinwarder and the Baltic Sea.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Active pursuits such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
