This delightful apartment on Lake Maggiore features a wonderful private garden, a communal swimming pool and a magnificent view of the lake. It is very suitable for vacations with your partner or family. Although it’s in the middle of nature but it is within walking distance to the village center. Here are various shops and restaurants, and you can go shopping for daily groceries. There are various golf clubs in the area and you can also do walking and cycling (which you can rent in the area). On a warm day you can also choose to rent a motor boat or kayak and explore the lake. For example, sailed to 1 of the many nearby towns. If you are traveling with small children, there is the possibility to rent a cot and high chair. Parking is available. If you want to leave the car a day, you can use public transportation, 3 km from the residence. A utilities & service fee of EUR 180,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
