Property was what we needed for our families sleeping arrangements. It served our purpose. We communicated with Elliot Rentals on several issues to be addressed and they were going to fix them after we left as it didnt really effect our stay. The condo is older with a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It is on the 2nd floor which we didnt realize so be prepared to carry everything up stairs. The second bedroom is also up another flight of stairs. Overall it was fine and suited our needs but have stayed in nicer accommodations. If you have kids and just need a place to crash this will be a place for you.

I met my grandkids in Myrtle Beach and I chose not to stay at there hotel but meet up every day. It was a wonderful experience. Enjoying my family. My brother and I booked Greystone 204. It served the purpose a clean place to sleep , shower and get ready for the next event. The decor should really be updated but I enjoyed.

We (family of 4) stayed for a week in June. The online description was accurate the rental company easy to detail with. First the good - The location and as amazing. A 3 minute walk to the public beach and just two blocks from the main roads. Lots of activities are accessible from this centrally-located property. The condo had ample room and was not busy or noisy. Kitchen stocked with necessary appliances and utensils. The private pool was a nice extra. The bad - this property has been neglected for some time. The water heater had failed before our arrival because of corrosion. We went 3 days with ice cold showers. This could have been prevented with occasional inspections. The condo was not dirty but it also hadn’t been really cleaned for a long time - dirt in the corners and under beds, smudges on walls, etc. The carpet was heavily stained, and a good steam cleaning is needed. Overall - this rental is in a great location, has lots of space, and is better than a hotel, but its not a great value especially given the state of the condo.
