A great cozy home. It was a perfect and family friendly location.

I really liked this spot. I gave it 5 stars because it was pretty much what we needed for the weekend. Huge TV on the main level allowed us to watch High School and College football after watching my son play in his game at the "P".
We had access to all but three doors. I assume the garage, basement, and one room upstairs. The Host didn't say we had access to this, so be prepared to see a few locked doors.
The neighborhood was quiet. a few younger kids roaming the neighborhood. Didn't have to worry about crazy neighbors.
Beds were comfy and clean, Nice sized TV upstairs for the PS5.
Here is the only drawback, but I can't fault the owners for this. It took us 30min to get to AFA South Gate to get to the Prep School. If our son was on the hill, it would have taken 40min to get to Northgate. Take that into consideration. There were a few restaurants within driving distance, but then better places to eat at are 20min away along Co-21, or closer to Downtown and the academy along I-25. Since we didn't eat at the house, dining was a bit of a hassle, but like I said, that is not the fault of the owner.
With better planning on our part for Graduation and Parents Day Weekend 2023, we would absolutely consider staying hear again.
