Experience Gold Coast living at its best at Maisonnets' stunning 2-bedroom apartment on the 25th floor of the Aquarius building. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic Gold Coast views from the spacious living area. This fully air conditioned apartment offers access to amazing amenities including pools, spas, a sauna, and a gym. Steps from the beach, shops, and entertainment, with a parking space for your convenience.
The Space:
Step into a bright, fully air conditioned, open-plan living and dining area with polished floorboards, a six-seater dining table, and a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a large Smart TV. Enjoy evening drinks at your own dedicated bar or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, 4-burner cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, and generous bench space with a breakfast bar for four.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to a spectacular wrap-around balcony offering sweeping views of the Gold Coast skyline and sparkling ocean — the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
The two carpeted bedrooms both include ceiling fans, block-out curtains, and incredible coastal outlooks. The master suite features a king bed and private ensuite with a spacious shower, while the second bedroom also has a king bed and easy access to the main bathroom with a separate bathtub and large shower. A full laundry with washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Guests have full access to all resort amenities within the Aquarius complex, including:
• Indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools
• Children’s wading pool and playground
• Two indoor heated spas, sauna, and steam room
• Fitness room and squash court
• Tennis courts and BBQ entertainment areas
Secure parking is also available on site.

Perfectly positioned with no road between you and the sand, the Aquarius Beachfront Apartments sit in one of the most sought-after stretches of the Gold Coast. Whether you’re craving fine dining, a casual beachside meal, or a relaxed night in, everything you need is right at your doorstep.
Within a short drive, you’ll find many of the Gold Coast’s top attractions, including The Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Infinity Funhouse, and Dracula’s Cabaret. Families can reach Sea World in just 14 minutes, while Warner Bros. Movie World and Dreamworld are a little further north. * **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.

A lovely unit for 4 people. Well presented and had everything you needed. Close to beach. A walk to either Broad Beach or Surfers beach. We would stay here again.

The apartment was excellent and much larger than expected. Spectacular views of the city and the ocean. Walking distance to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and direct access to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous apartment clean and modern, beautiful views, about 10 mins walk to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach restaurants and shops.
