About this house rental
Welcome to our Serene Waterfront Oasis, professionally decorated, never rented before, sleeps up to 10 adults (+2 kids) comfortably in 3bdr/2baths with spacious open space living, big dining area.
Amazing outdoor area with pool, Hot tub and 55" TV, deck on water, kayak, inflatable Paddle board. Watch Dolphins from the back yard.
Our gorgeous pool can be heated, per your request with an additional daily fee.
Plenty of parking on driveway in addition to our 2 car garage
The house is a Ranch style - all rooms are on the same floor which is great if you have older people in your group. It has a big spacious open living/dining area, updated kitchen and big dining table that can easily seats 12.

The Screened Oasis Outside includes:
Big private pool that can be heated (paid separately)
Hot tub for 6 people
Seating area with 55" TV to watch your favorite shows
Deck to water
Kayak and Paddle board
Beach chairs, pool chairs and fishing table
We do allow up to two well behaved dogs with prior confirmation from us and a separate pet fee of 200$ per dog, per stay, unless otherwise agreed.

We wanted something with a pool AND access to the water. My 2 and 5 year old boys love swimming and fishing. This house was our own little heaven for a week. We spent as much time on the dock as we did anywhere else.10 min drive to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. Not a long drive to St Augustine and Flagler. The house was clean. Incredible setup with the bunk beds. We are going to try and book again next summer.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We enjoyed everything about our trip. Pool was heated just perfect and the spa was awesome. My 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock !! He caught plenty !! Was a great stay and Liat was great ! Never failed to respond and I appreciate that very much !!
