About this house rental
Completely renovated fisherman's house, nestled between Tréguier, a small town of character, and Plougrescrant, known for its chasm and beaches.
You are here on a coast 600 metres above the Guindy estuary and 300 metres from the town of Plouguiel.
Close to the GR34 and the cycle circuits, many possibilities for hiking and walking are available to you, between land and sea, along the estuary, fine sandy and pebble beaches, passing by small ports and chapels.
We fell in love with the Roche Jaune, an oyster port, and Tréguier, with its cathedral, its Renan museum, its half-timbered houses, its alleys, its bookshops, its shops accessible on foot from the house by taking a pretty pedestrian bridge spanning the Guindy.
In addition to the remarkable sites nearby such as the Plougrescant chasm, Port Blanc, Buguélès, Pors Hir, Trestel, the gardens of Pélineuc and Kerdalo, there are others not far away, such as Ploumanach, Trégastel, the Talbert furrow, Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, the 7 islands...
A whole documentation on the places we want you to discover awaits you on site, as well as at the Tourist Office on the port of Tréguier.
At the top of the street, we are lucky to have a permaculture farm that offers a market and a guinguette from June to September with musicians and a food truck, good atmosphere.

The house consists of a kitchen, a living-dining room with a wood stove, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed with desk and 2 single beds with desk), a bathroom (walk-in shower) wc and washing machine, a courtyard, a small private enclosed garden and a parking space on the plot.
The accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Bed linen and household linen are provided.
A washing machine, a hairdryer, a baby chair, garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and many accessories are at your disposal.
Cool house during hot weather.
Wood burning stove and electric heaters with adjustable thermostat.
Electricity costs cover heating and other consumption.
If you don't want to clean, we ask for an additional fee.
Furnished rental by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday (or even Sunday).

Merci Agathe pour votre accueil, le temps prit pour nous faire visiter votre jolie maison, la délicate attention avec une bouteille de cidre…
Nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite, tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien, la décoration est faite avec goût, les lits sont très confortables, et notre voiture était garée en sécurité dans le jardin.
La maison d'Agathe est bien situé, proche des pistes cyclables, et de randonnées,
nous y reviendrons !
