Newly refurbished 1 bed Apt in Hamilton Close to station and local amenities

I do not usually leave negative reviews but my experience here has really upset me and ruined my stay to visit family in Hamilton. On arrival the key was taped to the outside of the key box compromising security. The apartment was unserviced and I had to wait 90 minutes for a response from the owner as to why. Apparently the cleaner had a medical emergency which I can accept but I should have been advised sooner. I eventually checked in to a hotel for 3 nights at considerable extra expense to myself. The owner refunded me £160.00 out of the £342.00 I paid for a 3 night stay. This means I have been charged £182.00 (including a £78 cleaning fee!!) for an unserviced apartment that I was unable to stay in. Any attempts I have made to sort this issue out have been ignored by the owner. I have attached photographs to support my review although they do not show the full extent of the uncleanliness as I was only able to upload 4.

Everything was wonderful, the apartment is well located, close to the market, restaurants and cafes, everything is very clean and organized, safe... I will definitely be back

It was well equipped, very clean and warm. It was home from home. Also the access couldn't have been easier.

Nothing it was exactly what we expected.
