Casita Serena con Vistas al Mar Solarium Privado Piscina para Adultos y Niños

Ich musste beruflich zu einer Konferenz nach Alicante und habe mich bewusst für eine Unterkunft außerhalb der Stadt entschieden. Das war die beste Entscheidung: Die Tramhaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und in etwa 30 Minuten ist man bequem im Zentrum von Alicante – ganz ohne Parkplatzsuche. Das Ferienhaus liegt herrlich ruhig. Besonders die private Dachterrasse mit ihrem traumhaften Blick über das Mittelmeer und der angenehm ruhige Pool waren nach den Konferenztagen perfekt zum Entspannen. Das WLAN war schnell und sehr stabil, sodass ich zwischendurch problemlos E-Mails bearbeiten und noch etwas für die Konferenz erledigen konnte. Für mich war diese Unterkunft die perfekte Kombination aus Arbeiten und Erholung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Una única cosa, no teníamos lavadora. Para una estancia corta como la nuestra no hay problema, si la estancia es más larga sería deseable.

The highlight of our stay was getting out of the bedroom in the morning and immediately being bathed in the bright southern sunlight warmly and carried along smoothly, overviewing this beautiful, heavenly valley of Coveta Fuma, feeling like being in paradise, topped by a heartbreaking view at the sea. It is a quiet, secluded place, which we enjoyed very much, peaceful and calm. At the same time, within a 5-minutes-walk, the local tram can be reached and takes you to Alicante or Benidorm, which we did - leaving our car at the free parking lot, directly near the house in this peaceful place. We also enjoyed the free tennis court (even if the surface is not brand new anymore) and the large rooftop terrace (they call "Solarium" here not with our reason) with a stunning seaview. The house itself showed a tasteful interior design, obviously crated with warm attention to detail and a very pleasant atmosphere.

At first we were a bit surprised that there was no dishwasher. But honestly: With this beautiful view ahead, even washing dishes by hand quickly became something enjoyable!

It was ok for the price. A little tired in terms of decor. It had parking which was good and we were able to bring out pet dog.

The hardest part was collecting the keys. The location is almost impossible to find because the address provided doesn't match the area. The actual number of the apartment isn't in the listing, so we were driving around from car park to car park. We also had to meet an agency with the keys - they turned up 45 minutes late. This needs to be addressed.
