Buena ubicación. En pleno pueblo y no muy lejos de playa. Eso si en pleno verano y con calor supongo que en las cuestas de subida de la playa se sudará un poquillo. Transporte público y todo tipo de servicios cercanos, bares, comercios, tiendas alimentación, parques, etc. Rápida respuesta del alojamiento ante dudas relacionadas con la llegada, estancia etc y plena disposición ante cualquier cosa que pudiese surgir. Pequeños detalles como hervidor de agua, nevera pequeña. Terracita con pequeña mesa y sillas. Habitación espaciosa. Cama cómoda. Luminosidad. Ducha con presión. Limpieza. Decoración sencilla pero con buen gusto. Sitio muy agradable. Zona tranquila y sin ruido.

Since I mentioned having a disability, they gave me a room on the first floor. There is no elevator at the property. Going up and down the stairs wasn't difficult for me, though I did get help with my suitcase. They had placed the room key in a coded lockbox, so accessing it was easy. The nearest beach is 900 meters away; even I could easily walk back and forth. The mini-fridge in the room came in very handy. There is a Mercadona supermarket 750 meters away on Avinguda de Germanies, where I bought everything I needed. I picked up hot meals from "A tu mesa" located on the street right next to Mercadona and ate them in my room. There are many local businesses within a 1-kilometer radius, though most staff don't speak English; thanks to the internet, we managed to communicate using translation tools. There is a pharmacy right around the corner on Avenida de la Generalitat—perfect for emergencies. You can find all kinds of shops and services on that street. When packing to leave, the vacuum bags I bought at "El Corte Bazar Chino" were incredibly useful for fitting everything into my suitcase. The "Lavandería Autoservicio Open Wash Campello" self-service laundromat, located right by the tram station and open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, was also very convenient. The tram ride to Alicante-Luceros takes exactly 30 minutes. I am happy I chose to stay here instead of in Alicante city center. My room was cleaned daily, and communication with the owners was excellent. I am very grateful to them. This is a family-run business. Corporate-style service is something you find only in starred hotels. I sometimes feel that customers offer criticism without realizing this.

I have three points to raise—more as feedback than as complaints about a deficiency. The shower enclosure leaks a little water; perhaps the rubber seals on the glass could be checked. Also, I believe one of the two fasteners on the toilet seat has come loose. A business wouldn't be aware of these minor details unless customers provided feedback. I got in touch when I arrived at the guesthouse entrance, and that was how the code for the lockbox was sent to me. In fact, this information could be sent to guests automatically via WhatsApp on the day their stay begins.

Good location near the tram stop and a modern room. Shower was good.

There didn’t seem to be any reception area so had to keep messaging through booking if we ever wanted to speak to someone which was a bit annoying. There wasn’t a kettle in the room for any coffee or tea making facilities. The bed was very small for two people and the slats kept falling. A table on the balcony would’ve been good. There were also ants on the floor inside the room which wasn’t great. We were told this was because we had food in the room, however ants were there before we had even left the accommodation to go to the supermarket. All food we did have was either in the small fridge or stored securely at a height. Walls were paper thin and whoever was in the next room were making loads of noise.
