Everything was great! Bed was comfy, bathroom and shower good and the kitchen had everything you would need. Large tv and comfy sofa. Favourite part was the balcony with its comfy chairs and great view. Located right above the smaller, quieter pool.

2nd time at this lovely apartment. Enjoyed 3 wonderful weeks in the sunshine. Close to beach and all amenities required when self catering. Cannot fault it. Mattress and pillows replaced so much more comfortable.

Lovely balcony overlooking pool with sun from late morning until sunset. Well equipped kitchen for long stays with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent WiFi and smart TV for the longer evenings. Great communication with management company (Love Tenerife) especially Angella and Tomas. Asked for new pillows as ones supplied were terrible. Angella brought new ones the following morning along with batteries for the safe.

Incurred a €20 cash charge for a check-in after 7pm at property. Not in details when booking. Short bed with uncomfortable mattress and terrible pillows. Awful smell from bathroom. Cockroaches and mini ants found in bathroom and kitchen on several occasions. Were unable to leave food in cupboards or out on surfaces. Awning on balcony broken so not able to use. Outside lights not working at front of property and on balcony. No batteries in safe, so unable to use on arrival. The hot water tank failed with a massive water leak, which would have flooded apartment had we not been in at the time. Could not isolate water due to lack of handle on stopcock. Had to contact management company at 10pm to come out and turn water off, meanwhile filling buckets to catch water. Response from them was very quick. Water was turned off until the engineer arrived the following morning to replace the water tank. Potential for a higher rating score if owners paid more attention to detail.
