Located in the central area of the "vigna", a stone's throw from Piazza dei Martiri, the house, just renovated is equipped with all kind of comforts (air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, kitchen, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, crockery and cutlery). Is located on the top floor of a characteristic typical building with a breathtaking view! Very quiet area but at the same time very central, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or dinner on your personal living terrace with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea!
The areas of the Procida "nightlife" are essentially three:
- The port area, reachable in five minutes on foot by walking along the characteristic streets of the center;
- The Corricella bay, reachable in five minutes on foot along the streets that welcomed Massimo Troisi, main actor of the film "the Postman", with enchanting views of the sea;
- The Chiaiolella beach, reachable by a comfortable bus service, taxi and, why not, a pleasant 20-minute walk.
The main places of historical and cultural interest of Procida are in the immediate vicinity:
- Palazzo D'avalos, also known as the former prison;
- Terra Murata with the Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo, the Civic Museum of Procida and the House of Graziella;
- Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie;
- The Vessel;
- The vineyard.
