After enjoying the beach, rinse off the sand in the large hot and cold outdoor shower then take a refreshing dip in the private pool or hot tub. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. We (1 year old up to 64 year old) enjoyed our week at Oak Island. The kitchen cookware,/utensils were the best I’ve seen in a rental. The well designed entertainment areas gave us needed variety of TV, hot tub, porch sitting, sunning, lounging, board games, the private pool. Crossing the street and hiking to beach access was easier with the wagon provided but parents should consider this slight obstacle. Beautifully decorated and nice views. Best of all, maintenance responded quickly to requests.

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and clean accommodations. We enjoyed the view, living conditions, pool and hot tub. Will definitely book this property again.
