Spend a lakeside getaway in Phelps with friends and family at this gorgeous, all-season retreat near downtown! Boasting lakefront views and direct water access via a private dock, this spacious home is fully equipped for modern, group comfort and family-friendly entertainment. With sweeping water views, this lovely home is located directly on a newly paved bike trail, as well as snowmobile and UTV/ATV trails. The grand, five-bedroom interior comes beautifully furnished across two floors with in-home features including a home theater and game room complete with a pool table, darts, card tables, and TVs.
Featuring an array of windows offering lake views and strong natural lighting, ground-floor living areas include a cozy den and cavernous great room showcasing exposed timber beams, soaring, cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace in each room. Relax on the two new recliner sofas in the great room while enjoying family movie nights and streaming your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV or spend quiet moments in the den with a good book or simply take in the gorgeous view.
The magnificent, island kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances and helpful utensils to handle group and family-style meals with ease, including a double-oven, inset ceramic cooktop, and separate wet bar with beverage fridge. There are two separate dining areas and breakfast bar seating. Off the kitchen, enjoy the first game room with an arcade bowling game, cards, dice, and board games. This floor also houses the built-in theater room with seating for nine.
Upstairs, you'll find a sunny loft living area and a common area equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV and additional sleeping options in the form of futons and a bunk bed. The game room on this floor includes a pool table, air hockey, dart board, pinball machine, foosball, and several other arcade-style games.
The impressive, main floor primary bedroom includes private patio access and a deluxe en suite with a walk-in closet, jetted soaking tub, standalone shower, and water closet. Three guest rooms are located upstairs, including a second en suite bedroom.
Guests can rinse off the outdoors after a day of adventures in the dedicated shower room with a mounted shower head plus a handheld, which is located off the mud room, before heading inside to relax and unwind. Speaking of which, the firepit is the perfect place for comfortable lounging. It features plenty of space for entertainment and grilling. While outside, be sure to indulge in the 16-foot, 12-person hot tub. Complete your days here with a soothing soak while appreciating the picturesque sunset views.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very spacious, right on North Twin Lake which is very clear. 15 minutes to Eagle River and a short walk to an awesome ice cream store! Game room and theater room were a big hit with everyone. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

The house was amazing. Everything we would ever need was supplied. Everything in the home was a high quality. We were there Sunday thru Saturday. On Thursday, the wind shifted to blow into shore. That afternoon, 10 of us got a severe case of Swimmers Itch. If you have never had this, it is terrible. Make sure you bring anti itch cream. On Friday we took our boat to another part of the lake to swim.

We were blown away by how amazing the place was. Incredibly clean. Stocked with towels and kitchen gear. Stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries. Not a single thing was dingy, old, etc that you often see at rental properties nowadays. 100/100. Book it - you won’t regret it!

The house itself was gorgeous. However, when we were deciding on a house to rent for our family reunion, the movie and game room were the deciding factor. We tried to use it the night we got there and the remote was broken. I messaged VRBO about it and wstold me that they would request someone local and get back to me. Come Sunday night and I haven’t heard a response. So I reply back asking for an update. They tell me they have no update. Someone called the number and they were told that a replacement remote was on the way and would be there Monday. As of when we left today, we still had not received the remote. Without thus remote, you can’t use the theatre fully. We were very disappointed. When we went to the game room, there was more disappointment. Half the machines were not working, there were no pucks for the air hockey table and there were no balls for the foosball table. When we reported it, the company in charge were amazing and came right out to fix everything. There were some safety issues as well with long cords everywhere (inside and outside). We had babies with us so this was very concerning and frustrating with so many dangerous cords. Finally, our last disappointment was with the hot tub. Many of our party enjoyed it for a few days but then started to get rashes. Upon some investigation, we discovered that the water had turned green. We called again to let them know and the company in charge came right away to fix it.
