Enjoy the tranquility of a natural shorefront surrounded by a spacious grassy yard where children can play freely. Explore the nearby hiking trails of Red Hill for off-water adventures. The home's convenient location allows for easy drives to the amenities of Center Harbor and Meredith, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.
The heart of the home resides on the main floor, where your group can gather in the cozy living room and dining area. Both rooms open to a generous deck overlooking the water, featuring a convenient gas grill for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Adjacent to the dining area, a well-equipped kitchen awaits. This level hosts the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a separate den furnished with a queen sleep sofa. There’s also a full bath on this level.
Upstairs, discover two more inviting bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds. Both bedrooms open onto a second deck that offers breathtaking views of the lake. A cozy sitting area outside the bedrooms offers a place to curl up and read, and this floor also has a ¾ bath with laundry included.
No motorboats allowed, the dock provided is for canoes and rowboats only. No fires, please – the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. The firepit pictured does not come with the property and is not available for guest use. This home does not offer air conditioning, only portable fans.

Everything was just as we hoped!!! Highly recommend ! The lake was clear and the temp perfect. Loved the dock and the platform we could swim to. It was so good to have the reclining beach chairs on their own little platform. Bonus points for being able to hear the loons!

Over all the property met with expectations. The one big negative was that there really wasn't a large sandy beach as advertised. The beach area was overgrown and not cut down. The water from the beach out to the raft was filled with growth with a mutky bottom. It was definitely not a pleasant experience to just hang out in the water.
