La ubicación excelente. Las instalaciones en buen estado en general
El mantenimiento del baño, hubo que pedir toallas limpias. Para una semana que no haya cambio de toallas y sabanas me parece fatal. La cocina bien rquipada aunque la nevera no enfria lo suficiente.

la tranquilidad y el estado del apartamento todo muy nuevo y cuidado, la tranquilidad es espectacular.
Aunque no es lo normal, hizo un poco de calor en Asturias y en el apartamento también hacía, no era sofocante ni nada parecido, solo la temperatura del exterior pasaba al interior.
