Leciała woda z prysznica.Jest chyba coś zepsute,bo podłoga była mokra po każdym naszym kąpaniu.Po za tym klamka od sypialni jest zepsuta.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie, dużo udogodnień. Na plus miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
Zapach kanalizacji w łazience niestety przeszkadzał. Prysznic lub uszczelki w prysznicu nie są szczelne i przy każdym prysznicu woda wylewała się na podłogę. Chyba coś jest nie tak z wentylacją ponieważ w mieszkaniu czuć zapachy z kuchni z mieszkań obok. Może warto to zgłosić do administratora budynku. Myślę, że warto zadbać o te 2 rzeczy bo cała reszta jest bez zastrzeżeń.

Ciche osiedle, wygodny podziemny parking na duże auto, wyposażenie kuchni odpowiednie. Mieszkanie czyste i ładne, sąsiedzi cisi. Ogólnie miejsce jest ok. Duży plus za dobre zaciemnienie okien - żaluzje + zasłony
Szkoda, że te komentarze nie są brane pod uwagę przez firmę wynajmującą mieszkanie,bo wady wymienione w poprzednich latach dalej są. Z prysznica faktycznie dużo wody się wylewa nawet kiedy ustawi się słuchawkę prysznica tak żeby nie lało się na drzwiczki. Wywietrzniki szumią 24h na dobę i tylko wyłącznie korków może pomóc. Materace w sypialni są tak miękkie że ciało się zapada -mi nie było wygodnie.
