Great location with specatecular mountain view

It is located in Condomino schuss up a hill. It was close to center and close to ski location. We had a car which made it easier for us. The view is special with snowy white mountains and the center underneath. There is a lift and plenty of free parking. Alessandra explained everything to us and had great communication with her. The studio is very small but enough for 2 adults and a child. Very warm inside. The bed is comfortable and located on top which you can access with a ladder. But it's close to ceiling, not much space. There is a kitchen with cooker which was good for us to cook some meals. Everything as described and pictures too. We spent new year there and we even experienced snow falling.

Mostly we liked everything but there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. And the blanket wasn't cleaned well. There was a problem with the towels but supposed it was cleared with the owner.

The views are amazing, the place is small but very well dispatched. All the facilities are very good Que enjoyed our stay. I recommend the place. Our friends stayed in another one similar of another person and it wasn’t as good as this apartament and this was cheaper. We went there to ski, you have a locker for yours and you can easily access the slopes walking down the hill. We are very grateful with the owner also, she was very kind and efficient

To return skiing you need to go up and it’s a little confusing, at the end it’s easy to get there but you can do a wrong move. Also if you have a beginner at the group, the slopes to get to the apartament are not that easy. Likewise we are very happy and thankful

Location incorrect and very basic

Issues resolved quickly.

We arrived at the property and it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests, which was fine mistakes happen. However the location of the apartment on booking.com is incorrect. We booked facilities and services based on the map location and the elevation change was approx 400-500m different, which if you’re skiing makes a huge difference. I booked this apartment based on the map which was very frustrating.

Pretty awful, smelly, damp, tiny shoe box apartment

Honestly, not much. tea bags. Beautiful view of mountain.

Not much. There was an awful damp smell when we arrived. And which persisted for our stay. The place was tiny. The toilet frequently didn’t flush. There was nowhere to dry wet ski gear. Clothes mysteriously got wet in the apartment- no idea how. When we arrived, there was no one to meet us, or directions for accessing the apartment. Thankfully, a stranger helped us by making several calls- which resulted in a man getting us into the apartment. A complete hassle! Though there were very detailed directions, they really didn’t adequately explain the complexity of getting there by public transport. And NO advice for accessing the apartment. All our other ( Airbnb) stays have had accessible lock boxes with codes to allow easy access.. If you’re wanting to ski in Cervinia, I would not stay here- very inconvenient. Too far / high from the village to walk- especially in winter and at night.

Unfassbar schlecht, ihr solltet hier nicht buchen, außer ihr wollt krank werden.

Die Unterkunft hat uns in allen Hinsichten enttäuscht. Abgesehen davon, dass die Unterkunft 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der auf Booking.com angegebenen Adresse befand, war zusätzlich eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Den dadurch gebildete Schimmel konnte man sowohl sehen als auch stark riechen. Wir haben uns aus gesundheitlichen Gründen spontan dagegen entschieden dort zu bleiben. Ich kann jedem nur abraten dort zu buchen. Stand jetzt müssen wir trotz genug Mängel-Beweisen erstmal auf unseren Kosten sitzen bleiben. Der Vermieter ist uneinsichtig. Bearbeitet am 24.04.2024: Die Antwort auf meine Bewertung ist frei erfunden. Es wird behauptet wir haben die Unterkunft schlecht verlassen. Wir sind für eine halbe Stunde in der Unterkunft gewesen und haben uns dann dazu entschieden dort nicht zu bleiben. Wir haben noch am selben Abend eine neue Unterkunft gebucht.
