Paramount Midtown -Stunning 2 Bedroom Apt with Burj-Khalifa view

The location is very close to Burj Khalifa. It is a modern and very clean apartment.

I have nothing to complain about. Everything was exactly as described.

The apartment was very spacious clean and beds was very comfortable very good location 5mins by car to dubai mall

The pool on the 64th floor with a view of Burj Khalifa. The fitness gym. The property manager’s quick response in solving apartment issues.

Apartment 3102: the air conditioning in the bedrooms does not cool the rooms (they will just tell you it works fine and to keep the balcony door closed — we didn’t open it for 7 days). Sleeping there was impossible, the kids even had to sleep on the sofa. The bathtubs are practically unusable — you can only take a shower, otherwise they leak. The apartment was dirty, the furniture stained, and it clearly smelled of smoke. Pool towels are not provided, so you have to take the regular white ones to the pool. The property manager seemed responsive, but issues were never solved the first time (for example, our gym access card was only activated on the fourth attempt).
