It is a very green placeo (with lots of plants and nice decor). There was a good shared kitchen and lounge. The location was good, too.
Unfortunately, while we were there builders were working on the building. They started early in the morning and finished after 9pm. They left dust all over the floor and we had to sweep up before we had breakfast. I’m sure it isn’t normally like this, though.
Also, the sink in our bathroom broke and we ended up with a very wet bathroom floor.

Location is ideal, pretty safe, close to all restaurants that are available from a walking distance.
There was no window in the private room we had and also no air extraction in the bathroom which caused us to survive only with AC blowing in our faces. This should he mentioned when advertising for the room.
