Der äußerst freundliche Wohnungseigentümer Marios hat sich sehr bemüht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man während des Aufenthalts braucht. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Sonnenschirm für den Balkon und einen für den Strand. Sehr gute Kommunikation und hilfreiche Tipps von Marios. Alles in allem 10 von 10 Punkten, es hat unseren Aufenthalt super angenehm gemacht. Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte, Ärzte in der Nähe, Strand 250 m ... Herzliche Empfehlung.
Das Gebäude ist alt und sieht von außen nicht so prächtig aus wie der Eingang zur Wohnung, aber die Wohnung wurde renoviert und ist modern ausgestattet.

The apartment was very cozy and in a good area, far enough from the noise and traffic on the main street. The pictures are accurate, everything was as expected. The owner was very helpful and we had good communication before and after arrival. You can find anything you need within a 5-10 minute walk. I can truly say that was one of the best accomodations I have stayed in Ayia Napa.

The apartment was perfect, everything was brand new, good aesthetics, very clean. Excellent location in the city center, very quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes from the bus stop and the supermarket. The owner was very kind and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely visit again!
