Wir waren Anfang Juni 2025 für eine Woche im Haus Nr. 6. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es war alles da was man braucht. Es ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ehr modern, neues Bad, neue Küche, neuwertige Bett1 Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer, sehr bequem. Ganz neu ist die Erweiterung der Terrasse, hier kann man jetzt als eines der wenigen Häuser gut zu viert sitzen. Sonnenschutz ist auch vorhanden. Einzig der Holzkohlegrill hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Trotzdem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kinderanimation des benachbarten Knaus Campingpark hat uns gut gefallen. Das Essen im dortigen Saloon ist gut und das Personal des Campingplatzes sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Schade ist, dass es hier nur die Viechtacher Kurkarte gibt, wir konnten mit der leider außer dem Eintritt für das nahegelegene Freibad nichts sinnvolles machen. Da sind wir von der Aktivkarte Bayrischer Wald wesentlich mehr Leistungen gewohnt.
