Enjoy crabbing, kayaking, and water toys on its private bulkhead--long enough for two large boats. Walk to Butler Beach, one block away, or take a short five-minute drive to Berkely Island Park. Seaside Heights and Island Beach State Park are also just a short drive away.

Kids (5&3yrs old) had a lot of fun crabbing in the back yard. House was a good layout for our two kids and 4 adults. Nice deck and patio to relax on as well. Thanks for a good visit!

This property was in a lovely area of Bayville that afforded us the opportunity to bring our boat and JetSki to spend time with our family! The property was clean and quiet and suitable for our needs! The kitchen is great. The 4 bedrooms were a little bit small and there was only one full bath, But it was still a relatively good value. There is a park nearby, which we were able to bike to, and we were easily able to take our boat across to Island Beach State Park, which is not too far away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The host was highly responsive to the questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!
