3BR, 2BA RANCH HOUSE 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH! WITH 4-SEAT GOLF CART!

We rented last year and loved it so much that we came back this year and the place was even better this time around which is hard to believe! You can review my review last year for the basics, so I will just focus one the changes this year. First off, the owners are incredibly kind and super responsive...we got near immediate responses to all inquiries. And they have really invested in this place. The best was the new couch which is a long sectional couch which has tons of room and is very comfortable. Next is the brand new golf cart which was really fast and held a charge across multiple days of heavy use and had a nice rack for hauling chairs and umbrellas to the beach. They also installed a new and large microwave which worked great. Having sheets and towels ready to go as well as starters for TP, paper towels, kleenex, dishwasher pods, etc is a lifesaver for folks arriving late and not wanting to run to the store right away. Everyone who stopped by to see the place was jealous of how nice it was! Absolutely looking forward to booking again!

We had a great stay. House and property are very nice and had everything we needed.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying at the beach house on Melody Gardens. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and organized the home was. There are plenty of beach supplies available as well beach chairs, and a roomy golf cart that we could all fit on comfortably. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach! My youngest girls and I loved the pools, and even the playground! The bedrooms had plenty of space with comfortable sleeping. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which is extremely important to me. We loved having a nice, open kitchen and dining area to enjoy cooking and sharing meals in. This was a very special vacation for our family. We are grateful that we found Kiley’s beach house. It was just what our needed to help with healing after the loss of a family member. Kiley was very responsive to any questions we had and SO nice! We would love to return for another stay next summer! Thank you for another wonderful visit to OSV in your lovely home!

The house was a nice place to stay. Quiet community, convenient location and decently maintained. Check in could have been smoother as the main gate didn’t have our info upon our arrival and it took us an extra 30 minutes to get situated. The dryer unit should be updated due to the sand build up in vent, along with some mold growth on the rubber liner- I would have mentioned to host but they had sign up regarding the door staying open when not in use so they obviously can see the mold- but overall it was nice!
