Across from the slopes of the La Serra ski area (downhill and cross-country skiing, ski school), 3 km from the village of Lamoura and its local shops, and not far from the town of Les Rousses and the Swiss border;
- In winter: walk from the chalet to the ski area’s slopes, snowshoeing, etc.

A bright, 110 m² chalet that can accommodate up to 8 people:
- First floor: one bedroom for 2 people (140-cm bed), one bedroom for 2 people (2 sets of 90-cm bunk beds), one bedroom for 2 people (140-cm bed), bathroom with shower and toilet, washer and dryer, and a storage area for ski gear,
- Upper Floor: large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge); open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom for 2 people (140 double bed) with a large closet, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet,
