We spent 3 nights in the apartman which was one of the best we ever stayed in. It was clean, had everything you can wish for, really felt like a home... I am always very strict when it comes to rating but this time... Bottom of my heart, i can only recommend this place for everyone! Thank you once more for having us!

Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment!
Beautiful, large, modern apartment. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Wonderful views of Millstattër See! Very pleasant host and easy check in/check out across the street at her café. Our family of 4 had a peaceful stay in lovely Millstatt.

Good value, but extremely unprofessional
The apartment is pretty nice and new, the view is beautiful, and it's right by the lake and town center.
While the owner and staff were kind, they were also very unprofessional, and clearly no one cares if you have a good experience or not. First, the host did not respond at the provided phone number, and it's impossible to check in without his help. Check-in was slow, awkward, and done by staff who do not speak English. Then when we found out that the shower *was not working*, he 'was not able' to come see the issue or send someone by the time we left. Naturally, those issues could have been found and fixed by him before we even entered. I will note that he was kind about it, but I would not risk my vacation by going to a place that is so unprofessional.

The link on the booking app to find the location took us to the wrong place. The property address is listed as 155 Georgsritterplatz but the directions on your app took us to a location in the small streets behind Georgritterplatz. We then had to phone the host who told us to drive to the main road and come to the cafe next to the 'apotheke' in Georgritterplatz where there is a car park. We had to ask people where to find this as it wasn't easy to find on google maps. Booking.com should change the link as it is not correct. You should make it clear that you need to park at 'Georgritterplatz public parking place' and that the host (who was very nice) will meet you at the 'Kunstradln Cafe & Lounge' and hand over the keys. The property is on the opposite side of the road on Kaiser-Franz-Joseph-Strasse. The host told us she has made this clear to Booking.com several times as everyone who arrives by car ends up at the wrong location due to the mistake in your link. It was vert annoying and stressful after a very long drive to get there. Please make sure your link location instructions are correct.

Nice vacation accomodation for friends, chilly balkony and amazing breakfast.
Very nice, clean and comfortable accomodation with a large balkony with sea view, which was really nice especially afternoon. Moreover the breakfast was amazing, really surprising and tasty. Recommend to stay!
