Studette de Cannes

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and suited my needs perfectly during my stay in Cannes. It was exactly what I needed. Stefan, my point of contact, was kind, responsive, and always reachable whenever I needed information or assistance. Communication was excellent throughout. I also appreciated the building’s security. Although the entrance was not always staffed, the building felt secure, and access to both the entrance doors and elevator required a key fob, which I liked. I would absolutely rent this apartment again and would gladly recommend it to others.

While I felt secure inside the apartment itself and appreciated the building’s controlled access, the experience changed somewhat once stepping out of the apartment into the common areas. The hallway leading to the apartment was dark, had an old worn carpet, and often smelled of cigarettes. The basement trash area felt particularly unwelcoming — dark, maze-like, and reliant on motion-sensor lighting. One evening, there was blood on the elevator buttons that took approximately two days to be cleaned, which added to an unsettling feeling in the common areas between the elevator and apartment. Lastly, some younger neighbors were noisy at times.
