The apartment is within walking distance from the metro. We lived a whole month in this cozy apartment. My husband worked at home (good internet), and i went to the beach with my children (metro+tram 50 minutes). Several times a week, a farmer's market came on the neighboring streets, you can buy vegetables, fruits are very profitable.
Everything in the apartment is clean, comfortable, cozy. Our favorite spot was the big balcony.
The owner of the apartment is very friendly.
