The Location,the view , the property itself is wonderful. The hospitality from the Owner “Ray” to the cleaning crew “Jessica” & Husband were wonderful hospitable and inviting and very helpful for our stay . Ray is a wonderful owner ,anything we called we needed he was quick to answer and respond to his phone .We have been coming to Oceanside for the past 11yrs and this is the first time we stayed at this property and we loved it so much that will be coming back to stay again and bringing the rest of our family as well.

Close to ocean
The assigned parking for top unit right in front of our view in lower unit. The property has such a nice view.. parking over all should be assigned somehow to keep best views for both units!!

cute . on the beach .
was newly remodeled, 2nd room was clearly an add on so a lot of things were still kind of janky. although on the beach , there are huge rocks so it’s a decent walk to get the the actual sandy part of the beach . it was pretty disappointing for the kids
