Quiet Comfort Near Annecy – Excellent Value

We had a great stay at this modern apartment in a peaceful residential area just outside Annecy. Getting into Annecy was quick and easy by car, making it the ideal balance between calm and convenience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were kind and helpful. All instructions very clear. If you want a quiet and comfortable base near Annecy at a fair price, this place is a great choice.

Loved that it had a well stocked kitchen!

There was no one to welcome us - we were given instructions - but once we understood how the system worked, it was simple and easy. There was attention to detail - oil for cooking, some butter in the fridge, water, kitchen towels for us to use and appliances were clean and sufficient. When travelling around, you generally don't want to buy butter (which can melt) and oil, etc. This allowed us the option to cook our own meals. We had a nespresso machine with original nespresso capsules (grateful that they were not the imitation ones!!). Big plus point for my wife who had been complaining about coffee for days.

The bathroom was in our room and you had to go through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. This is all right for a family but if it were with two couples, then going to the loo in the middle of the night might be a little more complicated.

The apartments are equipped with absolutely everything, even a coffee machine and a few servings of coffee. There is all the utensils, everything for the life of the whole family. Absolute purity. Excellent convenient underground parking, elevator. We are very satisfied. The owner is democratic and friendly. Great town 10 minutes drive from the center of Annecy.

Apartamento con garaje

El apartamento está bien ubicado no muy lejos de Annecy, unos 10 -15 min en coche, tiene garaje lo cual facilitó el aparcamiento y no tener que buscar en los alrededores. El sofá cama fue cómodo. Tenía vajilla, cubertería, microondas, horno, cafetera, calentador de agua, tostadora,... Es decir todo lo necesario para poder comer tranquilamente dentro del apartamento.

El piso no estaba limpio del todo, como si solo pasaran un poco por encima y listo, ya que, debajo de la cama estaba muy sucio, cada vez que cogías un vaso o plato debías lavarlo ya que no se veía muy limpio y creo saber por qué (en las normas de la casa te dicen que fregues la loza antes de irte, así que imagina como lavará cada uno y así lo dejarán, algo que me parece inapropiado cuando pago una pasta por un alojamiento, en donde seguramente tendrán que contar con algún gasto de limpieza si no.. no lo entiendo). La calefacción estaría capada de alguna forma, porque nosotros pasamos frío y las estufas no se calentaban prácticamente, somos de un lugar donde no hace tanto frío y no estamos acostumbrados y lo pasamos un poco mal, ya que teníamos que ir abrigados dentro de la casa. En cuanto al baño el agua de la ducha no salía con una temperatura uniforme, es decir, mientras te duchas estás entre agua fría y caliente todo el rato, el lavabo estaba un poco atascado y tardaba en bajar el agua, no había toallas de mano y la cisterna tardaba en cargar una eternidad. Si quieres ver la TV no puedes hacerlo cómodamente debido a que el mando no funciona bien, solo andaban algunos botones, no se podía controlar el volumen ni los canales, por ejemplo. El paso entre la cocina y el salón es super incómodo y estrecho ya que hay una isla inamovible en medio, sé que es lo que hay, pero no es muy práctico. En la cocina había comida, como cápsulas de café, especias, azúcar,... Algunas de estás cosas caducadas, vi alguna del 2023... Ya podrían mirar y tirar cosas, si es que limpian.

Appartamento arredato con stile, pulito, funzionale. Ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che serve.

Per mangiare bisogna usare degli sgabelli che sono abbastanza alti rispetto al bancone utilizzato come tavolo. Per il resto tutto ok.
