Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Die Einrichtung/Deko ist liebevoll gemacht. Die Ausstattung ausreichend. Auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet.

Das "Ankommen" war sehr enttäuschend. Der Hausflur roch sehr muffig und sah ungepflegt aus. Betreten sollten wir das Haus durch einen nicht einladenden Hinterhof (für uns aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen). Entgegen der Beschreibung befindet sich kein Backofen in der Küche. Eine Microwelle und Gefrierfach wären außerdem schön. Insgesamt sieht die Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt aus. Neue Kissenhüllen/Decke, Körbe im Badezimmer, neuer Anstrich, leichte Reparatur des Schrankes würden gut tun.
