Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.
- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

Comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Easy check in process. Great response from host. Great location to the State Farm Stadium, will stay again.

This property is easy to find and in a great locations. Check in was easy and the house had all the necessary supplies for a 4 night stay. The only recommendation I have is to give this property a really thorough deep clean. Base boards, walls, door jams, and doors need to be wiped down. Pot shelves and pictures need to be dusted. The rug in the front room should just be tossed because it is so dirty and stained you can’t really walk or sit on it without it getting your socks or shorts dirty. The floors through out the house should be steam cleaned to prevent the dirt from building up. The pool and back yard area was clean and neat, although the BBQ could be cleaned to prevent a fire when using it.
