A great getaway awaits at our professionally decorated, new construction luxury townhome in the highly acclaimed Pointe Marie Community. "The Pointe House" at Pointe Marie offers premium accommodations for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom plus dayroom home. Weather you enjoy spending your day enjoying our outdoor patio, the beautiful community pool or watching the sunset from the front porch "The Pointe House" will leave you relaxed. This home boasts premium furnishings throughout with carefully selected finishes to create a coastal ambiance that will leave you feeling right at home. This stunning Pointe Marie home boasts a gourmet gas range, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, as well as a dining table with seating for 4. The living area features 2 comfy sofas with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The first floor features a master suite with king bed and wall mounted flatscreen TV, and a walk in closet that connects to the laundry room. A master bath with walk in shower and double vanities. Also on the first floor is a Dayroom with a wicker daybed, the window in this room has a beautiful view perfect for a quiet day to read a book. There is a half bath across the hallway from this dayroom. On the second floor of this home is two bedrooms each with a wall mount flatscreen TV, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large vanity, double sinks and a tub/shower . "The Pointe House" offers an outdoor patio complete with outdoor furniture a built in professional gas grill, fridge and outdoor sink. This home is great for the one who loves to cook. This home is very well stocked for every thing you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. 2 bikes are provided for a morning or afternoon ride though the beautiful Pointe Marie community or on top of the paved Levee path. Nice home , good location, felt very safe .Hard to find at night. Needs new towels and sheets and a better deep clean of the home but overall we would stay again. Super cute neighborhood .
