Just a few miles north is Lewes, DE. Walk down the quiet streets for the perfect romantic getaway or discover the quaint boutiques and amazing restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts can walk the Lewes Canal or adventure to Cape Henlopen State Park. Enjoy the history of the park by exploring the dunes and an observation tower from 1941, when the park was a military base. For a unique experience, jump on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, and spend the day in historic Cape May.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we booked, the property owner was incredibly responsive and communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire experience easy and stress-free.The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—it’s perfectly situated with easy access to downtown Lewes, the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping.One of our favorite features was how dog-friendly the property and neighborhood were. We enjoyed taking our dogs on daily walks, and having the golf course right behind the property made for some fun nights.This was truly one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located, and pet-friendly place to stay in Lewes. We would absolutely stay here again. PS We actually asked to stay/book another night after staying for a week because we didn’t want to leave.

The quen mattress had a smell.of urine.My daughter needed to wash sheets and flip mattress. The king bed and pillows were old and could definitely use updating.
