We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC Standards.
House Rules
-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse by apt 3.
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $175 fee

I would like to start by saying that the hosts are absolute gems. From prior to arriving, they gave suggestions, support and made us feel comfortable before getting there. That was a first and a blessing. Secondly, the property is just beautiful, immaculate, spacious with the privacy needed. The rooms are each special in their own way and to be honest, there was this super relaxed feeling most of us felt because of the ambiance. It was perfect, clean, walking distance to the stores, restaurants and beach. I would stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for our business owner forum retreat and all arrived together from Philly. The place was everything we needed and had adequate space for us to meet as a group but also have our own individual space. I would highly recommend this property as the owners were very communicative throughout the process and our stay. We were very happy with every aspect of the trip!
