Step inside and be greeted by a delightful coastal-themed master suite on your right, featuring a remarkable new king bed with a plush pillowtop mattress, a flat-screen TV, dresser, and a private bathroom for your comfort.
A little further down the hallway, you'll discover the charming bunk bed nook, perfect for the little ones to enjoy. They will also have their own dedicated hallway bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy. Next, you'll find a fully-equipped and updated kitchen, seamlessly flowing into the open beachfront dining and living area, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and gathering.
Rest assured, this property offers modern conveniences, including a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as complimentary fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Our thorough process includes using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This goes beyond the standard practice, as many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year. Rest assured, we take extra care to provide you with a fresh and clean environment during your stay.
-Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a $35 resort expense (plus tax) at the registration desk (this is a one time fee per party (NOT per person), where they will receive wristbands and a parking pass. This is typical for most PCB resorts.
-All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety and security.
-Free beach chair service for two w/umbrella March 1 - October 20th.
-Must be 25 to book and check in at resort - ID will be checked at registration.

This condo was clean, modern, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony looking at the ocean and slept well at nice in the comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fifth floor makes it easy to use the elevators or stairs. Convenient beach chair and umbrella set up were a perk. We also loved swimming at night in the pools. Overall recommend for families!!

Everything was amazing with the exception of the elevators. It took an hour to get an elevator to get to our room when we checked in at 3pm. Thank goodness we could take the stairs for the remainder of our stay.

Very clean condo. Nice furnishings. Owner/manager is the best communicator. 5th floor has the best view and reasonable wait time for elevators. Boondocks had scrumptious Mahi Mahi - fresh! Grand Marlin was a treat! Duplin’s Winery was soooo fun on a rainy day!
