About this house rental
Contemporary single-storey house of 140 m2 composed of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, located on a plot of 1,000 m2, fully enclosed, with heated swimming pool 10x4x1.5 (in service from May to the end of September depending on the weather), secured by a fence and without vis-à-vis.
The house has been completely renovated in a modern, sleek and functional style.
You can enjoy three terraces, one sunny and two shaded, perfect for all your meals. A plancha is at your disposal for your grills.
You will benefit from all the comforts on site: kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, small appliances, washing machine.
The house has air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure you have peaceful nights.
Linen (bed linen, bath towels - except pool towels - and kitchen towels) is provided. Beds are made on arrival.
A travel cot as well as a high chair and a small plastic bathtub are available for a baby.
Cleaning option at the exit: 100 € - otherwise, we ask you to take care of the full cleaning before your departure.
Located in a very quiet housing development (the house is therefore not suitable for partying!), you are 3 minutes walk from the center of the village and 20 minutes from the Avignon TGV station (direct bus line).
You are close to many attractions and possible excursions: Orange and its ancient theatre (10 km), Avignon and the city of the Popes (18 km), Uzès with its pretty Provencal market and the impressive Pont du Gard (30 km), but you will also be close to Nîmes, Montpellier, the Camargue and its beaches, the Luberon and its charming villages, the Cevennes, the Ardèche and its gorges,...
