A localização é boa. Próxima à praia de Cabo Branco.
No anúncio tinha estacionamento grátis, mas quando cheguei, cobraram pelo serviço. Faltou água e eu tive que sair um dia antes. Ninguém ofereceu uma solução pelo não uso da estadia já paga. Forro do quarto quebrado, cheiro de mofo, chuveiro vazando água, algumas ,manchas de sujeira. O flat precisa de uma geral.
