We had a few hiccups, but the management company handled them immediately and we left feeling extremely relaxed after a wonderful holiday. The location was fantastic. Access to the pier was easy and insured even those of us who couldn’t walk through the sand were able to enjoy the tranquillity of the gulf. The actual condo was stocked very well with dishes and cookware (probably the best assortment of all the places we’ve stayed), as well as plenty of bedding and extra pillows and blankets. This is a much smaller property than many of the other mega-condos in Orange Beach and I actually really liked the smaller feel of the place. The inside of the condo definitely did not feel small. We had plenty of room and it was furnished comfortably and updated nicely. Overall, would recommend 10/10 if you’re looking to relax.

Facilities - There are two pools (one outdoor and one indoor) which are quite small. While there was a sauna listed in the amenities, it didn’t appear to have ever worked. We stayed in the winter, so that probably wouldn’t have mattered as much in the summertime. Condo - We had an issue with the ice maker but the management company sent someone out asap to clean it and replace the filter, which actually made it a plus since it was taken care of so well. The oven didn’t seem to cook evenly, but that could also be my cooking. The dining room table was beautiful but consisted of two chairs and two very slim benches (maybe 6-7 inches wide). None of these would be dealbreakers for us but it would have been good to know ahead of time.

Two toilets ran all the time and had to be manually adjusted to be able to flush.

Location was great.

Response to problems was slow. Had to Call back several times.
