整體環境很乾淨、沐浴用品也用得不錯 寢具都蠻好睡的，但棉被蓋久了會熱醒 雖然在街道旁但隔音很好，不會很吵

老闆非常貼心，提供電視可以看netflix和youtube，一些民宿只提供連結但是帳號要自己登入，這裡可以讓夜晚有好的電視節目！提供不錯的防務備品，水量大，位置就在"橫街"，竹山老街的中心，對於人文旅行感興趣的可以在此入住！
希望能準備電池，遙控器很容易有這問題。 提供礦泉水或飲用水可以有更多元的選擇，需要飲用水。
