Amazing view! Clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, right by a hiking trail to an overlook.

Construction noise during the day, but it was quiet at night.

Best location and just beautiful

Everything- the room was beautiful- the views are breathing. You can see one of the monasteries on top of one of Mereoras rocks from your balcony. The people who run the hotel were SO kind and helpful. Can't wait to return

Spacious Apartment with Stunning Views and Ideal Location

You won’t be disappointed with this apartment. It’s large, modern, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The views are among the best in the city, with a beautiful church right across the street and even the monastery visible from the balcony. The location is excellent—an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. Street parking was convenient and close to the apartment, which made arrival simple. The host was responsive and communicative, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. This place has everything you need for a restful stay in a beautiful city.

The apartment was fantastic in every way—spacious, modern, and perfectly located. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs leading up to the unit. They're not difficult to manage, but it’s good to know in advance if mobility is a concern. Otherwise, everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Great visit to Kalambaka

Very nice apartment with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening to a wrap around balcony. Had a great view of the monasteries of Meteora that were lit up at night. Apartment was roomy with a comfortable king size bed. The only downside was it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. But the manager was very friendly and attentive. When we discovered the only coffee pods left in the room we're decaf, we contacted him and he immediately sent someone to deliver 10 new regular coffee pods to our apartment. It's located right at the base of Meteora so it was very convenient for our guided tour of the monasteries. I would definitely rate the apartment as 5 star.

Exceptional

The room was amazing. Huge! And very affordable. Decent size shower, big TV, balcony, comfortable 4 poster bed, spa, couch, remote control blinds, air-conditioning. I cannot stress enough just how incredible the view is from this apartment. You can see the cliffs/rocks of Meteora from the balcony, and can actually see one of the monasteries from the balcony. The other side of the balcony you can see the town of Kalabaka and the surrounding countryside/mountains. Just stunning (I've attached a photo from the balcony where you can see one of the monasteries in the distance on a rock). The owner gave very clear and easy to understand instructions on how to enter the property. Now, this next part might not be available if the place is fully booked out back to back, but the owner was able to give me a late check out free of charge (left the place around 3pm), and he even gave me a lift to the train station. Incredible service and very friendly guy. I'd definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

The water pressure was quite low, which also meant the spa takes a long time to fill. Also the church across the road had a wedding on my first day; I personally thought it was cool to see an authentic Greek wedding from my balcony, but some people might not like the noise. I don't know how often that church has weddings, but it's something to consider. Also on the Tuesday morning of my checkout the church bells were ringing at 8am. Didn't worry me as I'm up early, but will annoy someone who wants to sleep in.

Stylish apartment

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views. Well designed, everything works. Very responsive and helpful host, thank you. Spa bath was fantastic after a long day hiking round the monasteries. You can see a little bit of two monasteries from the balcony! Loved not having a key, just a code. Easy street parking, short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The bells have to be mentioned. They are so loud. Monday, 7.30am and 7.45 and 8. Tuesday 7.30am. Wednesday no bells! Maybe it's random. But it's a very short noise and over quickly!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Orestis sent his co-worker to help us with the luggage since there is no loft and the room is on the 3rd floor. In the fridge there was water, butter, cheese and milk. They had cookies and crackers for us. Orestes even called on Christmas day to wish us Merry Christmas and to ask if we wanted clean towels. The view of the Meteora is fantastic. I recommend it and will definitely book again when we visit Kalampaka again

The bells from the church next door were blasted through speakers in the morning. we were unable to shut off the lights on the porch at night and the shades covering the largest windows were not light canceling. Beds were not very soft.

Fantastic views, comfortable and modern apartment

Spacious and modern apartment, all new, fantastic views and large windows and balcony. The views are great and changing throughout the day and well framed, it’s a really well thought out design, comfortable bed, wifi and air con worked well, toiletries provided, very quiet on top floor, flyscreens, clean, five minute walk to centre, easy to park car. Kalambaka town itself isn’t the nicest town but the area/sites are spectacular and this accommodation I am sure is better than the majority and is very nice and comfortable to come back to from exploring area. Host was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and milk and snacks also provided.

Δεν ήταν το αρχικό δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει, μας έκαναν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση. Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο, με υπέροχη θέα στα Μετέωρα και όχι μόνο. Σαν έξτρα δωρεάν παροχή είχαμε και κάψουλες εσπρέσσο, συν δύο τρία πράγματα για πρωινό, που μας χρησίμευσαν, μιας και ο καιρός μας τα χάλασε σήμερα και δεν μπορούσαμε να μετακινηθουμε εύκολα. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι άψογη.

Μια λεπτομέρεια που θα μπορούσε εύκολα να διορθωθεί, θα ήταν ένα έξτρα σποτ φωτισμού στον μεγάλο καθρέφτη του δωματίου για να μπορεί μια γυναίκα να περιποιηθεί καλύτερα τον εαυτό της. Αλλά και αυτό είναι υποκειμενικό.
