Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa

We had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The room itself was stunning. I would gladly visit again!

The hotel is good The staff very nice and friendly They have very modern facilities Good view from the ocean They soap and the shampoo in the bathroom very bad quality. Not good at all . the breakfast average But overall everything is good , come Back again

Our stay at Crystal Sands Hotel in Hikkaduwa was truly one of the most memorable parts of our Sri Lanka holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the team, and throughout our stay every member of staff was unfailingly polite, attentive and genuinely considerate. Their quiet professionalism and gracious hospitality made us feel relaxed and well cared for at all times. We stayed in the expansive three-bedroom Surf Suite, which was ideal for travelling with family and a young child. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy. The suite itself was beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious, and maintained to a very high standard. It featured generous indoor and outdoor living areas that created the feeling of a private seaside residence rather than a conventional hotel room. The absolute highlight was the private plunge pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. Waking up to uninterrupted ocean views and the soothing sound of waves was a deeply calming experience. Whether enjoying a quiet morning tea or an evening dip at sunset, the setting was simply magical. We were also pleasantly surprised by the excellent value offered through in-room dining. The menu had a good selection, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable for the quality and convenience. This made dining especially easy and enjoyable while travelling with our toddler. The location of the hotel is another strong point, right by the beach and within easy reach of local attractions, yet peaceful enough to provide true rest and rejuvenation. Overall, Crystal Sands offered a scenic, comfortable, and family-friendly stay enhanced by the warmth and courtesy of its wonderful staff. We left with fond memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a spacious oceanfront retreat in Hikkaduwa with great hospitality.

It's tower, when raining the entire balcony was filled with water. the Pool is at the rooftop where you have breakfast no privacy. the Villa is like a big corridor and tiny rooms. honestly for that price there are much better places in Sri Lanka. breakfast is ok not too bad. but if you go to a hotel you will get much bigger spread. I would eccomend them to do Ala carte than a small tiny buffet
