Welcome to Kassel-Harleshausen
Apartment 001 is located in a quiet, nature-surrounded area on the outskirts of Kassel in a 19th-century half-timbered house. The apartment measures 50 square meters, offers ample space for two adults (babies and toddlers with a travel crib are also welcome), and features a hallway, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower; bed linens and towels are included, and a high chair is available.
Amenities
1 living area (sofa, table, wardrobe, and workspace/desk; TV with TV Magenta and numerous other streaming services; high-speed Wi-Fi and the option of an Ethernet connection). The living area—just like the sleeping area—features warm cherry wood floorboards.
1 sleeping area (2 single beds, 90x200, bed linens included), separated from the living area by wooden half-timbered beams, with reading lamps and nightstands.
Clean, disinfected Crocs in various sizes are always provided for use in the apartment.
1 kitchen (induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ground coffee, coffee creamer, jam, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and olive oil, including dishes and silverware
1 bathroom with toilet, urinal, and shower (including hand and bath towels, soap). The urinal area is tiled with vintage retro tiles from Villeroy & Boch dating back to 1900

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, but generally possible 24 hours a day (see below)
Guests are asked to notify the host of their approximate arrival time in advance.
The key is usually handed over in person at the property; if this is not possible, the key will be left in a designated location and written check-in instructions will be sent to the guest (via email, text message, or WhatsApp).
Check-in is also possible after 10:00 p.m. In this case, the key will be left as described above.
On the day of departure, the key remains in the apartment door (simply insert it from the outside).
If the check-out time is not adhered to, the guest may be charged for an additional night’s stay.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
A deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon booking; the balance must be paid no later than three days before arrival. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the guest must pay the full amount of the total price. If the guest fails to arrive, they must pay the full amount of the total price. If the guest fails to meet the payment deadlines, the landlord may cancel the lodging agreement. In this case, the guest is not entitled to any compensation.
Cash payments on site are only possible in exceptional cases; this must be arranged in advance. No security deposit or visitor’s tax is charged.
Guest Conduct / Liability
Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Third parties are not permitted on the property or in the rental unit.
The landlord may permanently deny the guest access to the property upon arrival or at any time thereafter if the guest exhibits aggressive behavior, is obviously heavily intoxicated, or has consumed or is in possession of drugs. The guest has no right to seek recourse in such cases.
The guest is liable for any damage caused or for the loss of keys and furnishings. Keys
