In 9 minutes you are at Waikiki Beach and in a few minutes at the beach promenade. The light-flooded flat is 2-storey, 72 sqm, on the first floor of a well-kept, quiet building and perfect for friends, a family, 2 couples, surfers or, thanks to free high-speed fibre-optic internet, digital nomads.
The Sun & Surf Loft is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Enjoy the sunrise over the sea or the magnificent view of the island of Lobos on the sunny balcony. The attractive conservatory is the perfect place for yoga, reading or relaxing. In the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, induction hob, oven espresso machine, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer, etc) you can cook as you please.
The two bedrooms have comfortable mattresses (one room with a large bed and one room with two separate beds), built-in wardrobes and a safe. The cosy living room has a large sofa bed and Smart TV, desk and dining table. Surfboards can be stored in the laundry room, wetsuits dry quickly on the sunny balcony. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Pets are allowed. Smoking allowed on the balcony. Cot available if required.
